Zero Carbon Development Strategies

The UK government announced plans for all landlord owned commercial property to achieve minimum energy efficiency standards, (MEES) by 2030. Meaning all commercially lettable space must achieve an energy performance certificate, (EPC) of B. There is a greater need for Landlords and fund managers to invest in sustainable property. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in short is an investment risk metric which all fund managers and tenants seek when purchasing or signing up to new tenancy agreements. We can assist in targeting BREEAM very good or above with your next development to future proof these investment assets.

Battersea Power Station Development Company
June 2016 - April 2021
We were commissioned to provide Employers Agent and Clerk of Works advice for the Phases 3A & B of the 1.6B development, consisting of managing the lead designers on Foster & Partners mixed use design for Battersea Roof Gardens, creating the largest concrete framed building in Europe.
Opposite on Electric Boulevard we managed Gehry and Partners on Prospect Place, creating their unique residential apartments with the trademark faceted facade.
